The findings reveal what we’ve named the Digital Engagement Gap—the disconnect between a desire to engage digitally and the ability to execute it well. Leaders believe in digital ministry, but many lack the time, training, ownership, and integrated systems needed to move forward with confidence.
This report exists to name that reality honestly—and to point toward a more hopeful, practical path ahead.
