Between updating the website, processing donations, and keeping the community connected, it’s easy for your digital tools to feel like they’re living in different zip codes.

That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the eCatholic Hub. 

It’s not just another menu to click through; the Hub is your new home base, a central location designed for total account visibility at a single glance.

The Hub brings the full power of your Engage Plan into one view, making it easier than ever to manage account details and switch between products, all while staying inspired for what’s next.

How to access your eCatholic Hub

You can access the Hub for your account in one of two ways:

1. Log in at app.eCatholic.com: Thanks to eCatholic’s Single Sign On (SSO), you can now log in at one location and get immediate access to every product in your plan. No more logging in multiple times during your work day!
2. Access through your Product Menu: Your eCatholic products come complete with a Product Menu, that allows you to jump from product to product, within the same browser. Now, you’ll see that a link for your eCatholic Hub has been added to the top of this list!

Your Toolkit, All in One Place

When you log into the Hub, you can immediately see a comprehensive view of your current tools and what’s possible when you’re ready to grow. Here are the different categories you may see:

• My Products: Each active product in your account will be highlighted, with a button that takes you directly into that product. You may also see products here that you have access to, but haven’t fully activated yet. Click on the ‘Activate’ button in order to get the specific product set up for your account.

• Recommended: Here, you can see additional products that are not included in your current plan. Click the ‘Learn More’ button to speak with our team and get more information on how these products can aid your mission efforts.

One Login, Multiple Missions

For those of you managing more than one location, like a parish and school campus, or a cluster of parishes, the My Subscriptions menu is your new best friend.

Located at the top right of your Hub, it lets you toggle between different accounts instantly. The Hub updates in real time to show the specific products and resources for your selected organization.

Stay Inspired and Informed

The Hub isn't just a launchpad; it’s a resource center designed to keep you connected to the wider eCatholic community. Here's what you'll see:

• eCatholic Updates: Get the latest on feature releases, tool improvements and other things happening at eCatholic.
• The Engaged Parish Podcast: Listen to the latest discussions that empower you with insights, stories, and tools to inspire, build, and grow your community.
• Resource Feed: From Beginner’s Guides to CEO updates, we share the educational and inspiring info you need that ensures you have the tools and the knowledge to lead with confidence.
